Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with job postings and managing applicant tracking systems.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the new hire orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and ensure HR compliance.
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
• Coordinate and aid with training sessions and workshops.
• Help organize company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
