This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while learning best practices in recruitment and employment compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, possesses 0–2 years in recruiting or HR, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, psychology, or related field (completed or in progress).
• 0–2 years in recruiting, HR, staffing, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Hireology, or similar ATS preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, food production, distribution, or related industries is a plus.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers and HR with recruitment needs and postings.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings (phone/in-person).
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update ATS.
• Provide candidates with information on positions, culture, benefits, and processes.
• Support internal postings and employee referral programs.
• Assist with internships and early-career hiring initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment software, postings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with management to define position requirements and draft job descriptions.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Support other HR functions and administrative duties as needed.
