Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, candidate communication, offers, and pre-employment screening
• Support onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle activities
• Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and HR procedures
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, training, and engagement programs
• Track recruiting and HR metrics and assist with reporting
• Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and workforce development initiatives
