Job summary

Pilgrim's in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking an HR Coordinator to support human resources operations, maintain employee records, assist onboarding and benefits administration, and process HR transactions in a manufacturing environment. You will deliver excellent customer service to team members and leaders, promote a positive safety-focused culture, and help manage confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Previous administrative, customer service, HR, or office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up personnel files and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process personnel forms, enrollment documents, pay change requests, and other confidential HR records.
• Enroll new employees in company programs and educate them on available benefits.
• Track employee data, including compensation, benefits, tax information, attendance, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Update employee files to document personnel actions and support payroll and HR processes.
• Support HR operations and company events while actively promoting company culture and employee engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and respond to routine HR inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
• Other duties as assigned.
