ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, temporary staffing, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance, with bilingual English/Spanish required.

This full-time position offers a salary of $45,000–$52,000 per year, benefits, and opportunities to collaborate with HR, managers, and vendors across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-shift.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and temporary staffing.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Coordinate temporary staffing, including requests, submissions, start dates, and timecards.
• Process offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS records, and time/attendance.
• Manage employee ID/security badges and uniform programs.
• Review and process HR-related invoices.
• Answer HR questions and provide benefits/time-off information.
• Conduct exit interviews and relay findings to HR Manager.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and communications.
• Support training and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, managers, employees, vendors, and staffing agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with employment regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
