Qualifications

• Onboarding documentation and processes
• Maintaining accurate employee files
• HR policies and benefits communications

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding for new hires and collect required documentation
• Maintain and secure employee personnel files
• Support I-9 documentation, background checks and onboarding requirements
• Communicate HR policies, benefits, payroll questions and documentation
• Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking employees and translate HR communications as needed
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure new hires are ready for project site deployment
• Assist with employee changes, transfers, terminations and HR admin processes
• Maintain HR records and confidential data
• Support payroll and timekeeping queries and discrepancies
• Help HR management with employee relations documentation
• Assist with benefits enrollment and related questions
• Track certifications, training, and compliance documents
• Coordinate with Recruiting and Operations for smooth onboarding through deployment
• Assist internal HR communications and distribute company policies and announcements
• Provide general administrative support to HR department
