Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting diverse workforces in production or warehouse settings.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA compliance, or logistics operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual Employee Support — Provide HR assistance, answer questions, and translate information for Spanish-speaking employees.
• Onboarding & Orientation — Conduct bilingual orientations, prepare new-hire packets, and ensure GMP/FDA training is delivered in both languages as supplied by QA Document Control.
• Recruiting Support — Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication in English and Spanish.
• HRIS & Records — Maintain employee files, update HRIS data, and support audit readiness.
• Compliance Tracking — Monitor I-9s, E-Verify, Assist Doc Control with GMP training logs, safety certifications, and warehouse compliance documentation.
• Benefits Support — Help employees understand benefits, enrollment steps, and qualifying events in both languages.
• Payroll & Timekeeping — Support timecard corrections, attendance tracking, and payroll preparation.
• Employee Relations Intake — Document concerns, translate statements, and elevate issues to HR leadership.
• Safety & GMP Communication — Translate safety notices, GMP updates, SOP changes, and shift communications.
• Reporting — Assist the HR Manager with the headcount, turnover, onboarding, and compliance reports.
