Action Personnel, Inc. is hiring a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and workforce development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has ADP Workforce Now experience. Manufacturing HR background and handling a large hourly workforce are highly preferred.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Human Resources experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now required.
Manufacturing, production, or distribution HR experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting a large hourly workforce preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employee questions and concerns, conduct workplace investigations, and coach supervisors on policies and employee relations matters.
Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, conduct interviews and pre-employment screenings, and coordinate new hire orientation.
HR Administration: Process new hires, terminations, transfers, and employee status changes in ADP. Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation.
Benefits & Leave Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, employee benefit questions, FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation claims.
Compliance & Policies: Maintain I-9 documentation, support employment law compliance, assist with audits and reporting, and help enforce company policies and procedures.
Training & Development: Coordinate required compliance, safety, and employee development training. Maintain training records and assist with performance review processes.
Manufacturing Workforce Support: Partner with production leadership on staffing needs, attendance concerns, workforce planning, and employee issues across multiple shifts.
