Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the New Jersey plant with hands-on HR operations and employee relations. The role covers both hard HR administrative tasks and soft employee support, collaborating with the HR Manager in Miami on complex matters.

You will handle payroll support, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, and safety/compliance activities in a fast-paced plant environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualificações

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 2 years HR Generalist or HR administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant/warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws; New Jersey experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and HR administrative processes.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Process onboarding and offboarding with new hire paperwork, orientations, system access, and exit documentation.
• Assist with payroll administration by reviewing timekeeping and attendance records and submitting corrections as needed.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and routine inquiries.
• Prepare standard HR documentation such as verifications, reports, and forms.
• Assist with recruitment activities for plant positions, including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, procedures, timekeeping, and benefits.
