Job summary

You will work with the Director of HR, HR Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager, handling onboarding, I-9s, E-Verify, GMP training, records, payroll support, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting diverse workforces in production or warehouse settings.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA compliance, or logistics operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual Employee Support — Provide HR assistance and translate information for Spanish-speaking employees.
• Onboarding & Orientation — Conduct bilingual orientations and prepare new-hire packets with GMP training in both languages.
• Recruiting Support — Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• HRIS & Records — Maintain employee files and support audit readiness.
• Compliance Tracking — Monitor I-9s, E-Verify, and training logs with QA support.
• Benefits Support — Help employees understand benefits and enrollment steps in both languages.
• Payroll & Timekeeping — Support timecard corrections and payroll preparation.
• Employee Relations Intake — Document concerns and elevate issues to HR leadership.
• Safety & GMP Communication — Translate safety notices and SOP changes.
• Reporting — Assist with headcount, turnover, onboarding, and compliance reports.
