Job summary

Portco Packaging in Woodland, WA is seeking an entry-level HR Assistant to help recruit and onboard new employees, update and audit HRIS records, and generate timely HR reporting and metrics. This is a full-time on-site role, offering hands-on training to kick start a rewarding career in human resources, with opportunities to contribute across programs and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), about one year of HR experience or recruiting exposure, and

• Assist in achieving HR departmental goals, programs, and projects.
• One year HR experience.

• HR/Recruiting experience preferred.
• bilingual Spanish/English required.
