Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator (Bilingual) in Wisconsin, Evansville. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding while leveraging HR technology. You will maintain employee records, assist with benefits and open enrollment, and partner with HR leadership on recruiting strategy.

• Partner with HR leadership on recruiting strategy and workforce initiatives.
• Utilize Paylocity and other HR systems to support talent acquisition and employee processes.
