Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator

Target Compensation: $43,000 to $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator:

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including candidate outreach, phone screening, and applicant tracking through Paylocity
• Coordinate and enhance onboarding processes to create a seamless new hire experience
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Partner with leadership to help build structure and strengthen talent acquisition initiatives

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator:

• Bilingual communication skills required
• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
• Experience supporting onboarding activities and new hire processes
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
