Job summary

Custom Human Resource Solutions is seeking a bilingual HR consultant to support clients in the North Metro Atlanta area. The role offers remote work with occasional onsite visits and requires strong employment law knowledge and HR best practices.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual Spanish/English, client-focused, and capable of providing hands-on HR guidance, policy support, and employee relations assistance. SHRM/PHR credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required (full professional proficiency).
• Active HR certification required (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
• Undergraduate degree in related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Responsive with outstanding communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting and employee relations support to multiple clients across Southern California.
• Coach leaders from frontline managers through the C-suite on employee relations issues.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and California employment laws.
• Support managers and employees with workplace issues and HR best practices.
• Assist with recruiting processes and consistent HR practices.
• Communicate effectively in both languages with employees and leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a reliable HR partner.
• Work as part of the CHRS consulting team to deliver HR services.
