InProduction, Inc. seeks a Bilingual HR Business Partner to align people strategy with field operations across multiple states.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required to support a bilingual installer population and manage workforce planning, performance, and employee relations. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role blends hands-on HR execution with strategic partnership to anticipate business needs, develop policies, and guide managers through change.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual: Spanish and English required.
• 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering or HR generalist experience.
• 3+ years supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to advise and influence managers independently with sound judgment.
• Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned business units and field operations.
• Advise managers on performance management and employee relations across multiple states.
• Lead and document workplace investigations with legal counsel on high-risk matters.
• Own FMLA, ADA, and other leave requests ensuring compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Own workers' compensation claims end-to-end with third-party administrator.
• Deliver HR guidance in both English and Spanish to the field workforce.
• Coach managers on HR fundamentals and change management.
• Contribute to development of HR policies and initiatives.
• Communicate benefits programs including bilingual enrollment support.
• Support training and safety initiatives across units.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance.
