Job summary

Fessler & Bowman, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver top talent for essential field roles in the building trades and to staff office positions.

You will build strategic candidate pipelines, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers as part of a proactive sourcing approach. You will travel for recruiting activities, including career fairs and site visits, and support bilingual communications in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR or recruiting experience required.
• 1+ years experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Regional HR Manager and HR Director on continuous process improvement and strategic HR projects.
• Builds effective internal relationships with hiring managers.
• Forecasts needs of the business and communicates them for budget approval.
• Targets competitors to source and attract passive qualified candidates.
• Manages Applicant Tracking System data, ensures timely outreach and dispositioning.
