Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for the field operations and business units across multiple states in the United States. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English to support a bilingual installer population, blending hands-on HR execution with consultative partnership on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

Fluent bilingual: Spanish and English required.
5+ years of progressive HR experience with business partnering or HR generalist background.
Experience advising managers on performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR contact for assigned business units and field leaders, translating priorities into people strategy.
Advise on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations across multiple states.
Lead investigations into employee complaints with legal counsel involvement.
Own leave administration (FMLA, ADA) and accommodations in compliance with law.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy for field and corporate roles.
