Job summary

Conditioned Air Company of Naples, LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a fast-paced skilled trades environment.

You will schedule interviews, coordinate background checks, maintain employee records, and assist with safety and training initiatives while collaborating with field technicians and office staff.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of administrative or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork with office staff and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Keep our hiring engine moving, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers.
• Help onboard new hires with a smooth, welcoming process.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain employee records and keep files compliant.
• Track certifications and licenses for field technicians.
• Assist with HR processes, documentation, and employee changes.
• Support safety records, OSHA logs, and workers' compensation.
• Assist with recognition programs, team events, and engagement.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

• Strong communication skills, and comfortable working with both office staff and field technicians
