• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Experience with ADP/eTime payroll systems and standard HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine HR inquiries and directs employees to resources.
• Processes a wide variety of personnel actions and HR documentation.
• Provides confidential HR support to employees and managers.
• Investigates employee concerns and payroll discrepancies before escalating.
• Supports labor relations within a unionized environment and interprets collective bargaining provisions.
