We are looking for a Part-time 2nd Shift BilingualHuman Resource Assistant I to provide Provides day-to-day Human Resources support in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include payroll and timekeeping support, attendance tracking, employee records, recruiting and onboarding, new-hire orientation, employee and labor relations support, grievance follow-up, scheduling, reporting, training coordination, and confidential personnel administration. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication with employees, supervisors, managers, and union representatives. Must be proficient with ADP/eTime and able to work independently while escalating complex employee relations matters to the Human Resources Manager at at our Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA.
