Job summary

Case Farms, Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations at our North Carolina location. The role involves handling attendance, payroll, employee records, and confidential information with a focus on service and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of HR/office experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced plant environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience in office/HR roles.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Knowledge of office procedures and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee data and HR issues.
• Performs administrative HR tasks: attendance, payroll, ID badges.
• Delivers accurate and timely feedback to employees.
• Prepares and processes employee documentation and files.
• Maintains personnel records (hard copy, HRIS, and electronic).
• Coordinates and organises employee events throughout the year.
• Fosters company culture and escalates employee issues to management.
• Routes phone calls to appropriate parties.
• Other duties as assigned
