The candidate will maintainPolicy Tech and HR knowledge resources for the EMEA region and support HR advisory processes. The role requires at least 2 years in HR advisory or related functions, excellent language skills, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Advisory, Payroll, or related functions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand employment law and regulatory documentation.
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback from colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the Policy Tech repository for your assigned EMEA countries, ensuring all documentation stays current and accessible.
• Conduct reviews of critical documents to verify compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain the EMEA HR Knowledge Library with case logs, manuals, templates, and forms.
• Keep updates timely and ensure alignment with the org structure and formatting requirements.
• Support HR Advisory processes for designated countries and collaborate with the team to deliver HR services.
• Spot opportunities to improve HR workflows and implement enhancements to boost efficiency.
