Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean bilingual HR Generalist to support HR administration, payroll, and business services within our North America Shared Service Center.

Under supervision you will handle inquiries, maintain employee data in HCM, update HR portal documentation, and process tasks within SLA. You will act as a first point of contact for employees and managers across HR programs, including benefits, staffing, and compensation.

Qualifications

• HR administration, payroll and business support experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual English/Korean communication with employees and stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Excel and HR systems (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Acts as a first point of contact for employees, line managers and HR management to address inquiries across HR programs and systems.
• Provides general HR administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence and business partners.
• Manages and updates HR information of employees within the HCM.
• Assists with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including HR metrics.
• Documents inquiries and escalates complex cases to appropriate SME groups.
• Meets SLA metrics for timely responses to HR inquiries.
