Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a short-term Bilingual HR Admin Assistant for a client in Fremont, OH. As a HR Admin Assistant, you'll provide support in all areas including recruitment and hr administrative tasks. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($25/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include 1st shift.

HR Admin Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruitment - end-to-end recruitment across all of their locations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the plant and corporate hiring managers
