Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide services for participants engaged in the Bannock Youth and Family Center programs. Responsibilities include needs-based assessments, housing navigation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to secure housing and resources.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, crisis intervention skills, and a Colorado driver’s license. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
• Experience working with youth who are experiencing homelessness.
• Crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based assessments.
• Perform housing navigation and assist with housing retention.
• Coordinate with team to provide housing and supportive services.
• Document all client interactions and required information.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and supervision as requested.
• Use OneHome system for funding sources and HUD standards.
