Job summary

Heart of the House Hospitality in Covington, KY is hiring for a fully in-office role (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) to support day-to-day office operations and local recruiting for hospitality talent. You will build candidate pipelines, screen and interview candidates, and onboard new hires while maintaining organized records and providing a welcoming front desk presence.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2+ years of recruiting and 1+ year of admin support, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (required).
• 1+ year of administrative support experience (required).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience in administration, recruiting, human resources, staffing, hospitality, or customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, partnerships, referrals, and local networks.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Support candidates through application, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Assist with paperwork and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and active talent pipelines in recruiting systems.
• Communicate with candidates about application status and next steps.
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach as needed.
• Provide front-desk support by greeting candidates, visitors, and clients.
