Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate in Pearland, TX, onsite at a hospital with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In this role, you will guide uninsured patients through federal, state, and county assistance programs, assisting bedside and coordinating with hospital staff. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and compassion drives success in this critical, face-to-face position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior hospital experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside to determine eligibility for federal, state, and/or county medical or disability assistance.
• Complete the appropriate applications and follow through until approved.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, case managers, and social workers.
