Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules in the scheduling system.
• Adjust schedules in response to client requests, illness or leaves.
• Provide coverage to ensure care plans are followed and uninterrupted.
• Contact care providers and clients for service updates.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and home visits as needed.
• Supervise direct service employees and enforce policy adherence.
• Maintain professional branch appearance and confidentiality.
