Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is hiring a High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter to join our Augusta, GA team. This in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, focusing on fast-paced staffing across janitorial divisions and other sites.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, source大量 candidates, and build talent pipelines while delivering a positive candidate experience. Competitive benefits accompany a $50k salary with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
• Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Sizemore’s full recruiting cycle from sourcing, candidate selection, engagement, interviewing and onboarding for various site locations across the organization.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely updates to candidates throughout the process.
• Advertise open positions internally and externally.
• Source talent via job boards, networking events, and job fairs.
• Submit candidate information to appropriate staff for consideration.
• Use Sizemore’s applicant tracking system to manage recruiting workflow.
• Coordinate hiring activities and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine employment needs and qualifications.
• Spearhead recruiting for new locations.
• Administer assessments and required screenings.
• Stay current on organizational structure, policies, and employment laws.
• Work with all levels of the organization.
