Sizemore, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter for our Janitorial Staffing division. This full-time, in-office role requires sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding large numbers of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The position supports our rapid growth and regional locations. You will work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, post ads, manage the ATS, and coordinate events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Responsibilities
