The role requires ownership of the candidate experience, posting ads, sourcing talent, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers across multiple sites. Onsite, full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm in-office.

You will stay current on employment laws and participate in continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Strong communication, patience, diplomacy in interactions.
• Initiative and sound judgment in evaluating situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruiting cycle including sourcing, candidate selection, engagement, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple site locations.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely updates throughout the process.
• Post and manage job advertisements through internal and external channels.
• Identify and research talent using job boards, networking events, and job fairs.
• Use Sizemore's applicant tracking system to manage workflow.
