Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter to support our janitorial staffing operations in Chester, VA. The role handles sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding large numbers of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates effectively in Spanish and English, and can drive efficient recruiting across multiple site locations. In-office, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of Talent Acquisition experience or more.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate hiring activities and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job qualifications and criteria.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize ATS to track applicants and recruitment metrics.
