Wize Solutions, Inc. is seeking a driven bilingual High Volume Recruiter to lead nationwide recruitment for entry-level field roles. You will manage a fast-paced pipeline, filling 30–50 positions monthly while upholding strong candidate experience and compliance with policies.

Collaborate with Operations leaders, build robust pipelines, and maximize employee referrals to sustain rapid growth in a dynamic, scaling organization.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably for hourly/field roles.
• Experience hiring large numbers of employees in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting in material handling, construction, warehousing, or similar industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, entry-level field positions across the United States.
• Hire 30–50 employees per month while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Operations leaders to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to reduce drop-off.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Engage employees to maximize referral program participation.
