Job summary

Americare seeks an experienced HHA Recruiter to join our Brooklyn Recruitment team. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of Home Health Aides, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and moving candidates through the hiring process.

Interviews and training occur at the Brooklyn office, with travel to other locations and events as required. Travel, reliable transportation, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Home Health Aide recruiting experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Reliable vehicle or ability to travel to multiple locations and events.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding HHAs.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for HHAs from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Travel to Brooklyn and other office locations, job fairs and events as needed.
