Job summary

Americare is seeking an experienced HHA Recruiter to join our Brooklyn Recruitment team. You will own the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of Home Health Aides (HHAs), focusing on sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and moving candidates through the hiring process.

Interviews and in-person training are conducted at the Brooklyn office, with travel to other offices and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Home Health Aide recruiting experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to multiple locations and events.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding HHAs.
• Knowledge of I-9, W-4, CHRC, HCR, pre-employment medical requirements and HHA hiring practices.
• Ability to manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline (40 hires per month).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.
