Job summary

Specialtouch seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Home Care Recruiter for its Brooklyn-based Recruitment team. You will welcome and enroll new Home Health Aides (HHA) into our caregiver family, screening candidates and coordinating the interview process with a professional, team-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates may have 1+ years clerical experience; training is provided and paid. Probationary period leads to company-paid medical, generous PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish and reside in Brooklyn.
• 1+ years of basic clerical experience within a professional office environment.
• Training will be provided and training is paid.
• After probation, company-paid medical with minimal employee contribution, 3+ weeks PTO, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Candidate screening and interviewing.
• Review job responses and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for role.
• Ensure all candidates meet regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with supervisors and administration to understand staffing needs and priorities.

Our Home Care Recruiters are responsible for the welcoming, enrolling, processing of new Home Health Aides (HHA) to our family of caregivers.

Our Recruitment Dept. is often the first point of contact with our company, therefore you must be professional, have an appreciation for the type of service we provide, and be personable.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of basic clerical experience within a professional office environment. You must also enjoy working within a team and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

No experience required in our field — training will be provided (and training IS PAID).

After completion of probationary period, company paid medical w/ minimal employee contribution, 3+ weeks PTO, and bonuses.
