Job summary

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish with strong data entry skills and experience in healthcare compliance. The role is office-based with a schedule Monday–Friday and the organization offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) required.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work activity levels and establish processes for timely eligibility certification.
• Retrieve and forward medical records, policy information, remittance advice, and statements.
• Analyze and follow up on special requests and adjustments with hospital staff.
• Maintain proactive communication with patients throughout the eligibility process.
• Screen patients to determine potential eligibility for Third Party resources.
• Communicate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and hospital staff daily.
