Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Korean-English bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely from home in California. You will handle healthcare benefit inquiries, resolve questions, and provide empathetic support to customers. Qualifications

At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Bilingual in English and Korean.
