Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Spanish-English bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support consumers remotely from a home-based California setting. You will assist with healthcare benefit questions, resolving issues with empathy and accuracy.

In this role you will research across systems, answer calls, and guide customers through healthcare options. A structured schedule and net-new training with webcam participation are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer's needs.
• Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications.
• A distraction free, designated home workspace.
• A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Engage thoughtfully with customers to understand their needs.
• Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve questions.
• Provide clear, accurate information to help consumers navigate healthcare options.
• Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism.
• Follow a set schedule, including designated breaks and lunches.
