MedStaff Group is seeking an experienced Healthcare Practice Manager for our East End, Long Island, NY practice. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and delivering a positive patient experience while ensuring compliance and efficient workflows.

Qualifications include at least five years in healthcare practice management, fluency in Spanish and English, strong leadership and organizational skills, and comfort with practice management software such as ECW.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

• Ability to manage priorities and solve problems in a busy healthcare setting.
• Comfortable with computers and practice management systems.
• ECW experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily practice operations and support efficient patient flow.
• Supervise, guide, and support administrative and front-office staff.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, and office workflows.
• Address patient concerns and promote a welcoming, professional environment.
• Monitor administrative processes and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support quality care.
