Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island in Riverhead is seeking a Practice Business Manager to support office operations, assist practice leadership, and oversee accounting tasks including monthly reconciliations and productivity reports. You will manage accounts receivable/payable, purchasing, inventory, and timekeeping.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 1–2 years related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly RVU and E/M reports and ad hoc requests.
• Support daily business operations with Site Director and practice management.
• Manage A/R and A/P including PO creation and check requests.
• Maintain supply inventory and printshop orders.
• Troubleshoot issues and create help desk tickets as needed.
• Review daily timecards as timekeeper in MyTime Kronos.
• Know HR policies to assist staff and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
