Maximus is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to assist individuals navigating healthcare programs at our on-site Phoenix center. This part-time role includes evening and night shifts with a 10% differential and a base pay of $20.04/hr plus eligible bonuses.

You will support vulnerable community members, receive paid training, and have opportunities for growth within a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
