Maximus is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to assist individuals navigating healthcare decisions. The role is on-site in El Paso, TX with paid training and evening shift differential.

Base pay is $16.91 per hour with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. As part of a team serving vulnerable communities, you will handle routine inquiries, apply HIPAA rules, and use standard tech tools to process calls and online applications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and a specified secondary language (Spanish).
• Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX and meet attendance requirements.
• Willingness to work evenings with shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, mail).
• Uses the computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Follows HIPAA and privacy requirements in handling sensitive information.
• Responds to inquiries by guiding to published materials or senior staff as needed.
• Documents call activity and routes calls to CSR Lead when required.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
