Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out process.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in the clinic's systems.
• Verify insurance information and assist with obtaining necessary patient data.
• Collect copayments, deductibles, and other balances as appropriate.
• Assist patients with completing required paperwork and forms.
• Monitor appointment schedules and help maintain efficient patient flow.
• Communicate effectively with therapists, technicians, and clinic leadership.
• Assist with the clinic's electronic check-in kiosk guidance.
• Monitor and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Assist with referral and authorization processes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA.
• Keep front-office clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support clinic operations and administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and referrals.
• Address concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
