  • Monitor and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with referral and authorization processes as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA.
  • Keep front-office clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support clinic operations and administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and referrals.

Bilingual Health Care Coordinator – Physical Therapy Clinic

Position Overview

We are seeking a Health Care Coordinator to join a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic in Baltimore. The Health Care Coordinator will play an important role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
