Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients with a warm, professional first impression.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer calls and address patient questions.
• Maintain accurate patient information in clinic systems.
• Verify insurance information and collect copays/deductibles.
• Process required paperwork and forms for patients.
• Monitor appointment schedules and patient flow.
• Coordinate with physical therapists and clinic staff.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Support front-office operations and administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and referrals.
