Competenze

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of call center experience (scheduling and insurance verification) is preferred.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the correct department.
• Schedule appointments and verify patient insurance coverage.
• Provide patient instructions prior to appointments and document in EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist other departments with proactive scheduling calls and follow-up reminders.
