Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative II to assist members with billing questions and health plan details. You will handle up to 70 calls daily, translate medical terms for clarity, and resolve issues with care and empathy.

You will join a training program, then work a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 9-hour shifts) between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET, with potential overtime. Competitive pay starts at $20+ per hour with eligible bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 1+ years in a high-volume inbound call center.
• 1+ years in a medical office or healthcare setting handling patient questions.
• Ability to translate medical terminology into simple explanations.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain a log of all patient contacts.
• Support additional projects as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
