Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist at Medical Center - Fort Worth to provide a welcoming presence and exceptional service to patients, families, visitors, and staff. You will share information, offer personal attention, and help guests feel valued during their visit.

This PRN position requires at least a high school diploma, 3 years of professional experience (health care preferred), and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional setting; healthcare setting preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Collaborative work ethic, independent problem-solving, attention to detail, and professional demeanor with integrity.
• Willingness to meet department needs by working additional shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred.
