ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Bilingual Benefit Sales Manager to drive group/employee benefits sales, expand employer accounts, and strengthen broker relationships.

This role emphasizes developing new business, managing employer accounts, and presenting tailored benefit solutions to small and mid-size employers. The position requires 3+ years in benefits sales, an active Life & Health license, and fluency in English and Spanish, with an in-person, on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of group/employee benefits or insurance sales experience.
• Active Life & Health insurance license.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Proven consultative sales, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and multiple accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Doral/Miami for an in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new group accounts.
• Manage existing employer relationships, renewals, and coverage reviews.
• Present medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary benefit solutions.
• Build relationships with employers, brokers, and benefit consultants.
• Coordinate proposals, plan designs, enrollment, and onboarding.
• Maintain sales pipeline and account activity through CRM tools.
• Provide professional support to employers and employees.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners in English and Spanish.
• Consistently work toward established sales goals.
